RPi3 won't access internet

I have two new Raspberry Pi 3's, and I'm fairly new to this.

One of my RP3's won't connect to the Internet. I've tried it both wireless and plugged in via ethernet. It will not open the Epiphany Web Browser, Raspberry Pi Resources, Raspberry Pi Help, etc.

If I open the terminal and run "sudo apt-get update" or "sudo apt-get upgrade" it runs the command. This is strange because this shows that it is capable of going online.

I just ran update, upgrade, and rebooted, and it still won't even open any of the Internet GUI's.

Any suggestions?

How much free disk space? Shown on bottom right of the filemanager window or do this from command line:
df -h

exact same thing happening with mine. Any fix yet?
