Hi I am running wheezy on the first boot i didnt set the time. How can I set the time? also how can i get back on the config menu?

The Pi has no real time clock so you'll need to set the time each time it's booted (or enable ntp if the Pi is connected to the www).
Use the date command.
e.g.
sudo date -s "2012-08-11 18:10:00"
