Israeli and Japanese Open Source Tech...
Israel and Japan have some of the biggest and most advance Tech Sectors and I was wondering if their was any good open source tech being developed there especially art programs.. And yes I am aware Israel is the only democracy to have a human rights record worse then North Korea... But I think as long as I can work with Liberal Pro-Peace Israelis I won't have a problem...
