Raspberry too slow?

I posted questions about the performance of my Raspberry Pi before, but I didn't got a clear answer. I don't mind it being a little slower then an average computer, but it's just a little too slow to be useable in my opinion. The reactions to my questions before where promising. So I'm afraid there is something wrong with my Pi or my configuration.

I DID read somewhere that Quake III runs on Raspberry Pi.
Yes. I run that also. It's surprisingly fast and smooth. Definitely very playable.

I think you'll be shocked by the RPi3B, it's got more MIPS per square centimetre than ANY other computer I've ever used. (Especially compared to my 2012 vintage smart phone.)

I used System Profiler and Benchmark to show you some info. Is there anything wrong, as far as you can see from this info?
