I'm trying to control a relay from a web browser. I have followed the given tutorial

The relay is connected to a cloud server here. When i type the ip address of the Pi in the browser and control it. that works fine. But when i create a dashboard for the same with on/off buttons (given in the tutorial), the relay switches off in 2-3 seconds when i switch it on. I'm not able to figure out where the problem lies.
Please help
