Ordering Raspberry pi via Farnell, no confirmation email?

Hi All, I ordered my raspberry pi via farnell yesterday through this page of their site: http://export.farnell.com/rp/order/?COM ... rypi-group

I filled out all the details correctly, and have only realised today that I didn't recieve a confirmation email about my order. And since i didn't make an account with them, I just gave them my details, I can't actually log into anything to track my order history/progress.

Is there any way of knowing it's been ordered? Do they usually send out a confirmation email, or not until its been shipped?

I'd just like to know now, rather than waiting five odd weeks to see it hasn't arrived and finding out my order didn't go through, then having to make another!

I certainly got a confirmation email as soon as I made the order. I HAD, however, created an account so that I could track the order - I do not know if that changes things.

Hi,

I ordered my rpi on august 1st, and I got a confirmation email right after the order.
The next day I received a shipment confirmation, for a delivery in the 5 next days, but i'm still waiting.

I didn't create an account on the site, so I can't check the tracking.

Ordered from another website and got an order confirmation this time, so I'l end up with one at least, and if I have two, then I've got twice the options, etc!
