Audio from pin

I would like to know if there is a method with the raspberry pi for reproduce the audio from pin using pwm, or by some other metods.

That's precisely what you get on the analog audio 3.5mm jack. It can even be done on a RPiZero with some simple additional hardware.

I have a raspberry pi model B and i need to output the audio signal from the pin because i need to do this with model B

Does your Model B not have a 3.5mm audio jack socket?

No. You might be able to get raw audio PWM by remapping pins, but you'll be missing the RC filter circuit to get usable sound.
