Is there such a thing as a graphical camera pp for Jessie?
I ahve searched for hours and installed probably 5 different apps and none of them work on Jessie

What on earth do you mean by "graphical camera app"? Do you mean a GUI desktop program something like this: viewtopic.php?p=374577
