Instead of downloading the image directly (which is obviously causing you a few issues), try downloading the torrent (right next to the image link), then use your favourite torrent downloading app to download the image. No chances of it being messed up that way (why web browsers still struggle with this, I'll never know).

I tried downloading the torrent, same error. I also browsed elsewhere for a noobs download. I found mirror noob websites and other downloads. But now im struggling to remove the viruses that have been put on my computer.

This problem is documented in this forum if you search. The zip file contents are now so large that some zip tools cannot read the format. Use a different unzip tool like 7zip.

Never in my life i've struggled trying just get something downloaded & i normally use linux... So im unfamilar with 7zip witch i've downloaded before you mentioned it to me while coming across other articles. To my understanding you plug the file in and magicaly it works. My proplem however is my download gets to say 40% then the download just says its done. Do you download with 7zip or its just a drag your file to. As stated the error is consent with mutiple devices running on all different versions of windows

If you cannot even download the whole file, then the unzipping tool is not the problem (yet).

I run 7z all the time on my Linux systems, it's pretty good at unzipping anything.
