xbee to pi and pc

Hello i am a new to raspberry pi. My project is to send the image stored in pi to another pc through wireless transmission. so I m thinking of using xbee. Please can anyone tell me how to interface pi and pc to xbee. thanku in advance

Have you looked for datasheets here?... https://www.sparkfun.com/pages/xbee_guide

I am not sure that they will "connect" to a PC as they seem to be designed for home built systems. Try Google for "xbee raspberry" to get a list of tutorials.

Why xbee? Why not standard WiFi? There are a number of WiFi USB adapters available
