Windows 7 Media Center Raspberry

I'm a newbie at Raspberry Pi. My first project with it was running my Robo 3D printer with Octoprint that works like a charm. Everything is good so far. I got an idea and I'm asking to see if it is possible. I have a Windows 7 PC running 24/7 at home because I run Windows media center for Windows 7 and I have a cable card from the cable company and all the Xbox 360 connect to it to stream Live and recorded TV. Would it be possible to run this with a Raspberry Pi? The whole idea came to save on electricity since 5v is much less consumption if you compare it to a Core i5 running 24/7
