Pi Zero not turning on

Sat Jan 02, 2016 3:47 am

I recently just received and attempted to connect my Pi Zero. This is my first Raspberry Pi so I am not able to troubleshoot the MicroSD using a different Raspberry Pi. After downloading NOOB and connecting all of the necessary cables, it does not seem to turn on. Is there anything I can try or a number I can call to receive some help with this?
Thank you

Are you connecting the power supply to the correct micro-usb port (there are two sockets that look the same)?
