Win32DiskImager SD card capacity trouble

Hi everyone;

I cannot use my rpi anymore. Win32DiskImager reduces the capacity of every micro SD card for both versions of Raspbian Jessie images, and hence I am no longer able to install any other program or anything on my rpi. I tired older versions of Win32DiskImager however the same problem continues! Why?????? Three months ago I did it once and it has been working perfectly until I decided to change my rpi OS to the newer Raspbian Jessie version. Please Help ME!!! I am stuck in the middle of nowhere!
BTW, I already checked and there is no any bad sector.
Micro SD cards:
- Toshiba 32 GB class 10
- Kodak16 GB class 10
- Kodak 8 GB class 10

Did you remember to run sudo raspi-config and expand the root file system after each install?
