Is there any solution how to install and config Volumio on Jessie ?

Volumio is installed independently of Raspbian, with its own image to be written to your SD card (instead of Raspbian)

Hi,
I'm interested in running a mediaplayer (say Volumio) and Owncloud at the same time in the same Pi 3. Is this really not possible? Can one install the "rest" of Debian above Volumio OS (or vice-versa)?

Might not be an issue with Volumio, as it appears to be a fairly standard Raspbian system. With my "playing" with it so far. Ask the developer - he will have a better idea. Personally, I would rather run it on another RPi.
