I'm planning to make a robot remotely controlled in real time over the web with this chassis:

I'm wondering what is the best scenario between:/
1 - Controling motors with Raspberry only and L298N Motor Drive Controller found here:
http://fr.aliexpress.com/item/2pcs-lot- ... rue#extend
And also streaming the video from Camera Pi and 2 servos for PAN/TILT
2 - Control an Arduino with a Raspberry Pi :
- The raspberry will be used to receive the commands, to stream the video and to control the arduino
- The arduino will be controling the Motors and Servos
3 - Control everything with an Arduino (with Wifi + camera shields)
