Web interface lag every 46seconds

Hello , I've installed RPi Cam interface following this : http://elinux.org/RPi-Cam-Web-Interface . On my page I added some buttons that turn on/off some LEDs using GPIO .

LEDs and Camera streaming work fine. BUT every 46seconds is whole web lagged for 14seconds. Every xx:xx:51 lag starts and every xx:xx:05 lag ends. In this 14seconds time camera and buttons that control LEDs doesn't work. After this time everything is OK again ... And this process is repeated.

I am really confused of this

What should I do to fix this ?

I am using Raspberry Pi 2 B and NoIR camera

Now I find out that it may cause my (new) Wi-fi adapter ( http://www.amazon.com/TP-LINK-TL-WN722N ... B002SZEOLG ) . I tried to connect LAN instead of this wifi adapter and NO LAG APPEARED Then i tryed to connect my old wifi adapter ( http://www.modmypi.com/raspberry-pi/acc ... e-nano-usb ) and again NO LAG APPEARED ... so ... is TP-LINK wifi adapter somehow broken ? or it is just bad/ not compatible product with raspberry pi ?
