jessie-lite requires super-user to ping

Hi all,

I've just installed from the "2015-11-21-raspbian-jessie-lite" image and I've just noticed that /bin/ping has no setuid bit and consequently doesn't work unless I sudo it.

I can fix this myself, but I'm a bit concerned permissions on other files might be wrong too?

Okay, so it's a known issue:

Hopefully it'll be fixed in a future Raspbian release.
