No video out, any format ! (solved)

I have just recieved my new PI2B.
I have connected the keyboard, mouse, SD card with NOOBS, and usb power.
Both led's, red and green on.

But, no video output whatsoever, on both HDMI and composite ! on two monitors.
The two monitors both work fine on both HDMI and composite on other devices.
Just a black or blue screen, no signal !
I tapped 1 on the keyboard, nothing happened (for HDMI)
I tapped 2 , still nothing (HDMIsafe mode)
I tapped 3 for PAL and 4 for NTSC still nothing

As it is , is unusable, can someone help please |?
Is it a question of returning it back ?

Your Pi is not booting at all. There is something wrong with the SD card. Red LED should be on all the time. Green LED should flicker randomly showing SD card access.

No, the green light is always on.
I followed all the correct procedure for formatting.
Now I am formatting again, with overwrite which takes quite a long time.
But I have downloaded two seperate NOOBS , in two seperate folder, and one is reading 1.39gbs and the other 1.02 gbs ( about ) (could it be one of them is the lite version !). So, I have to check the download as well, and copy and paste all the programs and folders inside the folder.
It has happened to me on other occassions when copied just the yellow folder.
I am just waiting for the formatting now.

Problem solved by:
Overwrite formatting
Copy and paste the unzipped files of NOOBS, by selecting all the files INSIDE the unzipped folder.
