Communicate with sensor on Wifi or Bluetooth

Exists a device to connect the various sensors x Raspberry and receive data in my RaspPi via WiFi or Bluetooth, for example a temperature sensor, humidity, infrared or other. As if it were an extension but without wires. I do not want to use another Raspi. Attach these sensors to a module with battery and receive data. I hope everything is clear. Thanks in advance.

You'll need a microprocessor such as an Arduino to read the sensor, and a Bluetooth or WIFI module to transmit readings to the Pi.
