Upgrade on RPi 2

I'm trying to install Apache, PHP, etc. on a Raspberry Pi 2 Model B.
I've started with a clean install of Jessie, expanded the partition and updated okay but on apt-get upgrade it gets to the following line and hangs up, the only option is pulling the plug.

Unpacking libreoffice-common (1:4.3.3-2+rpi2) over (1:4.3.3-2+rpi1)

I've tried 3 times with a fresh SD card, on the third attempt I used dist-upgrade after reading something on the web but still the same problem.

Any ideas?

edit - tried a different SD card but same problem.

Installed Wheezy in place of Jessie and everything works fine, bit poor really!!
