I have an Eagle layout for a very basic hat. I want to delete all but the 40 pin IDC holes / tracks / vias etc. I can't find the setting / button / menu item such that a mouse "click and drag" selects an area which I can then cut | copy | paste | delete etc.
Note this layout does not have a corresponding schematic.
