transmission service active but not working after boot

Hello everyone... thank you for your time and i hope you can help..

I just bought my first raspberry pi 2... what I'd like to do is to setup a torrentbox, but I am a total noob

i followed the guides on htpcguides and installed transmission-daemon...

all seems fine... the service is up, but everytime I reboot my pi I also need restart the transmission-daemon to use the web ui

could anyone help me figure this out?

I'm experiencing exactly the same issue. Haven't figured it out yet, did you manage to find out what is causing this to happen?
I installed Jessie 2015-11-21 and clean install of transmission-daemon etc, set everything up and it works fine except when rebooting the transmission service needs restarting to get the web UI working..
