DHCP + WAP with Jessie

I had this working beautifully on Wheezy but the first try on Jessie with the same config didn't; after I configured the static IP address, netmask, etc on the new web GUI it worked again, but the IP addresses given to WAP clients were for a different network than I had configured in udhcpd.conf. As I say it worked, but I'd like to get it working properly.

I assume the new GUI tool, and what lies beneath are not using udhcpd, but another dhcp implementation. The question is what DHCP app is used by the GUI and where is its config stored. Thanks
