screensaver

Mon Jul 23, 2012 6:38 am

I installed cmatrix, a screensaver that looks like the screen from Matrix (you know numbers and letters running down the page) . The only way I can get the screensaver to run (in a fashion) is to type "cmatrix" at the CLI prompt and it then does the matrix thing but inside a terminal window. Kind of defeats the purpose of having a screensaver doesn't it? How can I get the screen saver to run full screen (not in a full screen terminal window of course) and after a preset elapsed time of inactivity? Any help would be appreciated.
