So... I prefer festival, lots of options, but- I can't wrap my head around the university lisp instructions, etc, etc, etc.
I got the sing demo to work (had to type the xml file in), dunno how to make it sing something else.
Would like to make a text file for it to speak with raw phonemes instead of tts. Can it also be done on the command line?
I can't make hide nor hair of the instructions. I'm an ex DOS man, myself. The instructions are all in 'universityeese'.
I don't mean to offend here, but I need more than a QuickStart, and less than endless research babble.
Could they have been less succinct? But it IS a great project!
