Uninstall; access external HD; Netflix?

Please forgive me if this is in the wrong forum, however because I'm a complete beginner I thought this may be the place to start..

1. How do I uninstall software packages that I have installed with "sudo apt-get install ..."?
2. I can't access my external hard drive (WD My Passport Ultra) on my Raspberry Pi 2. What do I need to do?
3. Can't seem to access Netflix or Youtube videos with Epiphany browser in Rasbian. What do I need to do?

3.) Netflix will propably never work on the Pi because of DRM. Youtube seems to work best in the special kweb browser :

2. What do you mean by "can't access"? Not readable?

try checking this path if you can see your drive.
