I need a device card with:
a ftdi multiserial chip (usb, virtual com port).
In one channer I need a 125 reader
In another channel a rgb led + 2 relais.
I need an usb interface to use with a pc or a raspberry pi with a rfid reader (125) and a relay, a buzzer, a rgb led. I'm thinking about the 4 channel ftdi chip. One channerl for the rfid reader, the second channel for the buzzer, relay and rbg led.
Are you able to draw it?
You'll also need a microcontroller to control the relay, RGB and buzzer.
When you use 1 microcontroller for these 3 things, you only need a 2 channel FTDI chip.
If I'm wrong in this please let me know. I'll start with making schematics so you can say if i's correct or not.
You'll need an arduino mega, i have this one.
The arduino mega has 4 UART ports UART0 - UART3. UART0 is used by the USB connection.
When you connect an arduino to your computer it's automatically a com port.
The arduino can also control a relay, an RGB Led, an RFID reader and a buzzer.
Ok that seems gretOk that seems great but I need not only one device but more than one. Are you available to design it for me? I will pay. if you send me an email at info@denisgottardello.it or skype mrdebug I will explain better.
