What do I do now?

when setting up my raspberry pi, I forgot to set everything up, so i hit enter without any caution
I am at the part where i login. I logged in, now what command should i give it?

You seem new to a command line environment, so I suggest starting the GUI by entering

startx

Also, I changed subject line, as it was of the type that people tend to ignore.

If you mean that you didn't finish the setup, such as setting keyboard, locale, etc then you need to run "raspi-config".

At a command line prompt type in sudo raspi-config
If the desktop is already running, then open LXTerminal to get a command line.

p.s. I looked it up, it actually was "I need help badly"
