Hello, Pi 2 spec is H.264. I very much doubt the Pi can handle H.265 ultra high definition.

Not in hardware. You can use software encoder/decoders, spread over the 4 cores the performance might be acceptable for decoding.

Se parli di render video, la risposta è: no. In hardware gestisce solo H264, e via sotware non gestisce nemmeno un H264 con un bitrate che non sia ridicolo.
