Raspbian wheezy set up

HI,

Downloaded "raspbian Wheezy below version into SD card,using Win32disc imager.
RASPBIAN
Debian Wheezy
Release date:2015-05-05
Default login:pi / raspberry
Kernel version:3.18
Release notes:Link

Quieres : Cant find cmdline.txt only can see cmdline inside boot folder. Do i need to do any other installation steps or is it normal?
There was like 21 items inside Boot folder. When i searched about this in forums,had seen people having different pattern of data inside Boot folder.
When connected the PI using SD card. It shows IP address of LAN and ethernet adpater.

Could anybody please clear my doubts??

You appear to be over thinking issues why may not exist ;)

After creating the SD Card successfully, boot up the RPi and it will pop up Raspi-Config GUI, where settings can be changed, as per the HELP section of RPF Website:
