How did my topic get 3 views right after I click 'submit'?
From 'submit' to page reload, I'd give it 10 microseconds.

We do get crawled by search bots - you might have coincided with that happening.

Alternatively it's just one more bug in PHPBB3 that's never been resolved. They probably have real bugs to work on.

Google and Yahoo spiders are pretty active everywhere, and your own view after posting the topic counts too.

No, in the list of topics it shows 3 views. All I did was click submit. then I automically redirected to the list of threads and it shows 3. All in .5 seconds. And no, I did not view my own topic. I'm not that fast.

Well if you look at the bottom where it says users in this forum, it currently says Bing [Bot]

It's probably a bot.
