Order 21xxx not delivered by RS !

This forum tells a lot about RS inability to deliver.

I could not agree more since, even after several inquiries, I did not receive my order #21xxx of 2012/05/19 !


Any hints to have RS deliver what I paid for ?

What delivery date have they given you and have they charged your card yet? It's quite possible May orders are perhaps still being delivered?

I am in the same situation; order no. 213xx, ordered 19th May, expected dispatch within 4 weeks.

If you haven't already done so you could try contacting RS by email - send to Raspberrypi@rswww.com with Mike@RS in the title. I got a response saying that they are looking into it and will get back to me "shortly". Unfortunately that was 4 weeks ago and I have had no contact since and no RPi. You may be luckier though.

I'm also in the same situation, ordered and paid with order nr. 212xx on the 19th of May and have yet to receive my Raspberry Pi, despite an expected 4 week despatch.

As Frog Pi said, the best thing to do is sending them an e-mail with Mike@RS in the subject. I sent my first e-mail about 2 weeks ago on a Saturday and promptly received a reply on the next Monday that they were looking into it. An hour later I got a response from another RS employee that they were expecting to despatch it at the end of that week (Friday 29th of June). As I hadn't heard anything from them since, I e-mailed them again on the 3rd of July, but this time I haven't received a reply yet.

Here's hoping they can sort it out soon and we'll all receive our RPi shortly.
