I am doing a hobby project related to Robotics and I need slight help. Here's the brief :
My goal of the project is to make a robot which can be controlled from web-browser and since rover is equipped with pi-camera I want it to stream live footage too.
Now, I have assembled Tamiya gearbox and wheel-set and created rover successfully. I did purchased RaspiRobot Version 1 to control DC motors.
Here's my query :
The stock motors that shipped with Tamiya gearbox is Mabuchi FA1-30, which operates between 1.5V to 3V. Here's data-sheet (http://www.instructables.com/files/orig ... JR0N89.pdf) I am using Raspberry Pi Model B. I would like to know how much volt of power supply should I use in RaspiRobot Version 1 ? Can somebody please teach how one can calculate it ? I mean how much volt battery I have to use ? I don't wanna burn my hardware components, the place where I live these stuffs are quite costly.
