RPI (RTMP) -> VPS

Hi, please help :D
I play stream by JWPlayer through instruction: viewtopic.php?t=45368 on my page.
How do I upload a stream on my server VPS that he referred to as distributed transmission :?:

google about for FFMPEG this will stream what ever you want to a rtmp server
