It seems only Raspbian is included on the NOOBS SD-card nowadays (probably to keep down the size). You have to get the other OS:es using Internet, or install them directly to an SD-card using some image writer.
Have Pi0&1A&1B&1B+&2B&3B&4B w/ Raspbian. Started w/ BASIC on ABC80&ZX81 then Forth, Z80… https://scratch.mit.edu/users/mobluse/ https://github.com/mobluse/ https://twitter.com/mobluse/ https://YouTube.com/MOBiL4u/

To clarify, noobs removed all the other os in the standard install. You can install all of the others if you have a wired Internet.

You could also install them using the img file and a program like dd or win32diskimager, but this is recommended for users comfortable with this since one wrong move can wreck havoc.
There are 10 types of people: those who understand binary and those who don't.

Still running Raspbian Jessie or Stretch on some older Pi's (an A, B1, 2xB2, B+, P2B, 3xP0, P0W, 2xP3A+, P3B+, P3B, B+, and a A+) but Buster on the P4B's. See: https://www.cpmspectrepi.uk/raspberry_pi/raspiidx.htm
