Where do you get your perf proto boards?

Mon Apr 06, 2015 6:20 pm

So I've successfully created my project on a breadboard with jumper wires. I think I'm ready to move on to a permanent board. I will need some fairly inexpensive boards since I'm new to soldering and foresee myself ruining a few. My question is where do you guys get your proto perf boards at? Would like some recommendations for the US if possible. Thanks and have a great day!

Ebay.

That'll get the anti Ebay brigade foaming at the mouth, but it works for me. I buy a lot of my stuff that isn't critical on there, I'd put prototyping boards into that category.

I agree, ebay. I get my proto boards on there at a very good price.

I recommend and use http://www.taydaelectronics.com/. Not as varied a selection as E-Bay or one of the Chinese sites but they are out of Colorado and every thing comes very well marked and well packaged. You will get your order much much faster than from China. I have no financial interest in taydaelectronics, just a satisfied customer.
