How do I connect an RCA cable to a Raspberry Pi 1 Model B+ ?

Recently I have been reasoning of buying a Raspberry Pi B+ board, to connect to my old TV with an RCA cable, but I read that a Raspberry Pi 1 B+ uses a combined headphone and video output socket. I am not sure how to connect my Raspberry Pi B+ to my TV, since it uses an RCA video cable. Does anybody know how?
