Getting wifi connected

Thu Mar 12, 2015 1:29 am

Hello I have tried connecting via wifi several times. I have even tried to configure through a youtube video.
After scanning I cannot get a valid IP address and get the error message failed to enable network in wpa_supplicant configuration.
Can someone please help?

What OS are you running? Raspbian or one of the Kodi systems or something else?

I have tried all the instructions you listed but my text editor does not respond to these instructions. Are you providing them as they would be naturally entered?

You're not putting them in a text editor, the intention is you type them into a terminal or shell.
