Hi,

It's not possible to have a USB port with 5800mAh, because it's a quantity of a charge (for a battery, for the example).
But it's possible that your USB port have 1 or 2 A. You should put your Rpi on 2A if you have several boards connected on it.

The mAh rating of the battery indicates how long the battery's charge will last when used. Higher values means the battery lasts longer. It has nothing to do with safety or the Pi's power requirements.

I run my Pi robots from 5200mAh and 12000mAh USB chargers (depending on bot), so yes, it will work.

you are confusing apples and oranges [well not but you'll see]
the RPi takes 5V +/- 5%
so you can power it from a voltage range 4.75V to 5.25V
but you need 800mA [approx] to keep it going

batteries have ratings in mAh [milli Amp Hours] and chage banks with usb sockets will output 5V
the
1000mAh
1500mAh
5000mAh
15000mAh
50000mAh
all relate to how long it can deliver the amount of mili Amps on that connection
