l298n runs motor automatically when connected

Hi there guys,

Ive been having having some problems with my pi, i connected 2 motors using the l298n board and im using 4 1.5 volts duracell batteries. The link shows the connections.

For some reason when i connect to pin 7 and start the pi(without even running any script) one of the motors automatically starts running.
Any help would be appreciated

Try using pin 19 (gpio 10) instead of pin 7 (gpio 4).
