boot behavior does not exist

hey
I wont to start my raspberry pi B+ without login and password
some one told me to do sudo raspi-config and go to boot behavior but i didn't find it
can any one help me ??!!

"Boot Behavior" is from an old version of raspi-config. It is now item 3.
Selecting the boot to desktop option will auto login user pi.
If you wanted auto login at console without going to GUI then that is different and raspi-config will not do that.
Unless specified otherwise my response is based on the latest and fully updated RPiOS Buster w/ Desktop OS.

hello
i did Select the boot to desktop option but nothing change , it ask for login and password :? ,
note : i use putty to connect to raspberry can that be the reason ?

In your OP you did not mention your were using PuTTY (SSH) :| . You can't load desktop from basic SSH.
PuTTY can be configured to auto send username but not password. Connection --> Data --> Auto-loggin username: [ pi ]
