Change size / Resolution for touch screen 3.2"

Mon Feb 23, 2015 3:51 pm

Hi!
I've just installed a 3.2" touch screen to my raspberry pi. When i start it up, everything works fine and all.
I want to change the size / resolution inside the display because when i open f.ex. LXTerminal i can not see the entire window. my goal is to make it all fit inside of the screen.

The touch screen is connected by GPIO. How do i make the windows, etc. fit on my screen?
ras pi 2, gotta love it.

You have to reduce the size of the terminal window, and use a smaller font.

You cannot change the resolution of the display - it has a fixed number of pixels, probably 320x240

There are a few 3.5" 480x320 displays, and lot of 7" 800x480, which would likely be better for you.
