Hello, I'm new here, found this great project and got first question for it.

Is it possible to capture data from CCTV camera through the I/O Ports? if not, how it's possible to get data from CCTV camera..

Technically, almost anything is possible to do with the GPIO port. If you wanted to use most of the GPIO pins, and write your code in C or assembly language, I'm pretty sure you could interface a CCTV camera. But that's definitely not the easy way to do it!

How to use IO ports, C, and assembly language is a bigger topic than can be covered here. I would start by seeing what format the video source you have uses, and do some Googling (and asking here on the RPi forums) on how to convert that to something you can save to a USB drive.

This proposal is not realistic in my opinion. The sensible thing is to research USB videograbbers which work on the Pi instead.
Otherwise you will lose a lot of money for tools , time and hair.

Doing it this way would definitely be a learning experience. That's what we used to call it at the TV repair shop I used to own when we weren't making any money.

Yea, I'm not gonna make a money from it.. i know that USB converters but GPIO is a challange that if u complete it, other things will be... I think so.. the bad thing is that I dont know linux good and schematics.

No. That's how video digitisers work. If you can not understand that project in detail then you won't be able to build one. However, it also indicates the complexity of what's inside the tiny USB video digitiser dongles that you can buy these days for a couple of dollars.
