Pi2 Windows

Thu Feb 19, 2015 5:17 am

Sorry if this is not the correct board for this-- I'm new to this 'type of stuff' and I've heard mixed answers to this question: Can I run Windows 7 or Windows 8 on the Raspberry Pi 2? I've heard that one Raspberry Pi 1 the answer is a firm "no"... but I couldn't find much info for the 2nd generation.

Thanks!

Someone has run Windows 95 a while back. Still, it's probably really slow anyway.

No versions of Windows run on the Pi and are usable.

Locking as question is thoroughly answered.
