Basically you can get the GUI doing 3840x2160 at 24, 25 or 28Hz fiddling with /boot/config.txt without doing any kind of overclock, or a 30Hz one overclocking/overvolting/forcing turbo, but mind you the overclock values are for B models and they are not the same at all for a Pi2B, so to be safe I just use the 28Hz configuration.
