So I installed the new version of Raspbian. After 3min my network connection gets lost and I have to restart it and then refresh the ifup . So I start using older versions same issue thru the 2014 versions too.
The version I been running that works just fine is the July 2012 version.
Also the newer versions run very very slow on the 512mb version. May have to stick with the 2012 release unless someone can help and know what these issues are.
