Hi everyone!
I custom embedded linux system for our project. but I find x-windows always show color rectangle on top-right corner.
How to hide it?

The rainbow square is a warning signal: it means your power supply is inadequate. For Pi 3 you need 2.5 amps; for Pi 2, 2 amps. If you don't meet these requirements the rainbow square will display, and you may find your Raspberry Pi crashes under load.

Use a better power supply.
The small coloured square in the top right corner means that the Pi isn't getting the 5V it needs on the power input.
This may be caused by a PSU that is not good enough, or a too thin micro USB power cable.
