Looks as if they've gone a long way getting this up and running on the Pi, though from the blog post it appears for the moment the Pi is just being used for development with the player running to slow due to not having openGL support, something should be fixed soon with the release of the new driver (I hope). ... spberry-pi

EDIT : Apparently the player does run and at 60 fps as long as its not using X Technology
