Got your version of openELEC installed and working this afternoon, very pleased with it and it played every divx and mp4 file I threw at it.
I've only got one suggestion, can you turn off the RSS feed by default,as this slowed the menu system down slightly?
Apart from that it was a very responsive version of XBMC, and I'm a happy camper
The big issue with that is that the Pi is only capable of 100mbit, so gigabit on the rest of the network won't affect the Pi (since I will assume you're using a switch, not a hub, and also that you had a gigabit backbone anyway, rather than gigabit capable server with only 100mbit network hardware [switch/router]).smuggly wrote:I'm Planning On Using Mi Pi To Watch Hd Video Over Gigabit Lan From My Windows Home Server. Will This Do? Is Samba In The Build? Thanks Smuggly

I,m jusy wondering if the gpu can hang. Its a project to play with. But if it works. You could velcro one in a case almost anywhere!
