Install OpenVPN.

Run a webserver on the RPi you want to control.
Run Mosquitto on the RPi you want to control.

It depends on what you mean by "how do i control one raspberry pi from another".

I am trying to send one variable, the variable i get from a tk slider, to another raspberry pi over wifi, that variable will then be turned into a servo position, how can i do this

pigpio can be used over a network and includes support for servos. http://abyz.co.uk/rpi/pigpio/index.html

i have everything worked out except the wireless aspect, servos working and tk inter working, just need help with the wireless, how do i make the network and everything, and speed is pretty important

You could send datagrams between Python client & server:

Or you could use the websocket to handle the communications between 2 pis and web interface for user control:

how would i set a server, what is the fastest way to get this information back and forth using a wireless dongle

is there a way to read a hobbyking reciever with my raspberry pi, if not what are other ways to communicate wirelessly
